The following questionnaire is developed as part of the European project ECOSLIGHT (Environmentally Conscious Smart Lighting) co-financed within the frame of the ERASMUS+ program.
The objective of the project is to identify the required competences and particular job role profiles related to smart, energy efficient and sustainable lighting environments for infrastructure, cities, buildings and industries in order to respond to the corresponding market needs. The purpose of this survey is the collection of additional data for analyzing needs regarding the competences required by professionals already working or would like to work in the sector. These needs will be addressed under the ECOSLIGHT project through training (EQF 5 level) based on the learning outcomes approach and principles for adult learning. Participants will develop skills that bring together lighting design and smart technologies, as well as skills that consider ecological and human-centric issues on lighting systems in the connected world. Additional skills, including digital skills, entrepreneurship skills, and life skills will also be included to the VET curricula delivered through ECOSLIGHT, so as to synthesize modular and complete professional development interventions.
